At Greenova Naturals, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product package is tampered with during delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue.


Return Process

To initiate a return request, please email us with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.


Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned after the allowed return period


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
